![]() ![]() This is because Outlook 2003 and earlier uses public folders to retrieve free/busy informationĪnd the offline address book (OAB). ![]() When using Outlook 2003 or earlier to connect against an Exchange 2007 or 2010 organization, you must ensure a public folder database exists in the organization. Per the Lifecycle Support Policy, only Exchange 2007 SP3 is supported at this time. Please note, while Exchange RTM has been tested, RTM builds for Exchange are no longer supported.
